Welsh Assembly Government
A network of facilitators across Wales are delivering Breakthrough and STEPS as part of the National Training Provision.
Training providers in colleges, charitable organisations and private sector companies, can draw down funds by putting clients through our education.
Facilitators in these organisations can be trained and certificated to run TPI (Pacific Institute) courses.

We can advise you on how to get trained up to run these courses; we support you in ensuring that they are successful; we certificate the participants in order to draw down the funding.

Communities First
We are working with a number of Communities First groups to deliver STEPS as part of Community Regeneration programmes

Colleges

We are working with the SMT and staff to measure the Culture and to improve it on both a personal as well as an organisational basis.

we are also using the youth programmes with students to improve student retention and graduation rates.

Schools

We are working with LEAs, Secondary and Primary schools, staff and pupils, all across Wales. Implementations take many forms:

-Investment in Excellence within LEAs and staff in the schools

-Breakthrough and Go For It in Secondary schools, facilitated by staff and Careers Companies

-Primary school materials and Key Stage 3 facilitated by staff.

Organisations

Various organisations eg Welsh Assembly and Local Councils, are facilitating TPI education for themselves using their own facilitators trained by us. This enables them to have ownership of the implementation.
Measurement of Culture is usually done before and after in order to ensure correct focus.
