Q. What is
Pacific Institute Education and what does it cover?
A. The seminars are
video based and cover subjects such as:
Conditioning, Self
Esteem, Self Talk, Self Image, Comfort Zone, Motivation, Goal
Setting, Affirmations.
It shows how people
behave, how attitudes come about, and more importantly, it shows
how to change, if people want to.
3 values are taught:
1. A clearer awareness, understanding and appreciation of our
potential,2. A stronger belief in our ability to attempt great
things and succeed. 3. An expanded vision of the many possibilities,
opportunities and options that we may be overlooking.
Q. How do I become a Facilitator
of Pacific Institute programmes?
A. PREFERENCE.1.
You attend 2 courses: 1. Investment in Excellence ( IIE)- This
is run over 5 days, having 1 block of 3 days(Phase 1), and 1
block of 2 days(Phase 2)with a gap of 2/4 weeks in between and
2. Facilitator training course. Duration is 3 or 4 days dependant
on the number of participants. This then enables you to deliver
either STEPS, Breakthrough or Go for it.
All Facilitators must
have completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the IIE, before attending
Facilitator training
PREFERENCE 2.(FOR
STEPS and BREAKTHROUGH ELWa Skilbuild and WBLA Provision). There
is also a more cost and time effective way - By participating
on a STEPS course instead of an Investment in Excellence course
- either run by Dare Training Ltd or by an internal company

Q. How much
does it cost?
PREFERENCE 1.The
5 day Investment in Excellence(IIE) course costs £765
per person+ share of trainers expenses which will be quoted
in advance + VAT. (This includes all training materials and
venue costs)
The Facilitator Training
course - to be trained to deliver one of our programmes (STEPS
or Breakthrough or Go For It ) is £500 per person
+ share of trainers expenses which will be quoted in advance
+ VAT. (This includes all training materials and venue costs)

Q What is
the difference between the Pacific Institute programmes?
A. The concepts are
the same for all the programmes, but:
1. Go For It is aimed
at 14 - 16 yr olds , who are still in school.
2. Breakthrough is
aimed at 16 - 19 yr olds, who have recently left school and
entered the world of work for the first time.
3. STEPS is aimed
at 20 +, adults
